A couple of months ago I painted a painting that reflects my heart and my faith. Here it is:
I call it “His Love” (oil, 18 X24 on canvas board). It reflects to me the essence of God’s tender, nurturing love. I recently sent it along with two other paintings to be juried at a local art gallery. I realize that such a transparent declaration of faith could raise eyebrows in the local art circle.
But I don’t care. Because real art reflects the heart, and this is what my heart feels when I think about Yeshua (the Hebrew name for Jesus). My desire is to create art that encourages and uplifts, and this painting is by far my personal favorite so far.
I hope you enjoy it.
